Arrow Stage Lines has announced Simple Accept. This allows customers to accept a quote with the touch of a button. Plus, customers can now sign their charter bus confirmation digitally from their computer or smart device.

“This new Simple Accept process is a big win for our customers,” said Arrow Stage Lines’ COO, Luke Busskohl. “We know our customers are busy, and they should have a solution that fits their work schedule and lifestyle.” 

The process is quick, easy and efficient. Customers are able to use the company’s exclusive on-line “Quick Quote” option or contact any Arrow Stage Lines’ Charter Bus Sales Representative to start the process. Customers are emailed details regarding pricing on the dates, times, vehicles and other options selected. Customers can review all the details of their quote, and then select their acceptance. With one touch, the quote is accepted and moves into confirmation stage with their Arrow Stage Lines’ Charter Bus Sales Representative. 

Customers can also “ping” their Arrow Stage Lines’ Sales Representative if they have a question. Arrow Stage Lines’ team members are notified when a customer has a question and will contact them as soon as possible. 

Arrow Stage Lines charter bus confirmations provide customers with even more options. Customers can digitally review the details of their specific charter arrangements, as well as view on-board enhancements, terms and conditions, and interact with the company’s nationwide brochure. Customers are able to click on “My Confirmation” and digitally sign for their charter.

The Simple Accept service was released to all Arrow Stage Lines markets on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 6:00 am CST. Arrow Stage Lines provides the Simple Accept service free to all customers. This service does require the customer to have cellular or WIFI connections in order to transmit data.
