Black Hills Stage Lines, an Arrow Stage Lines affiliate, is thrilled to announce they will begin operating as Express Arrow, a schedule bus service with locations in Omaha, NE, Lincoln, NE, Denver, CO, Buffalo, WY and more.
Express Arrow brings a new, modern exterior look to the coaches along with new interiors for enhanced passenger comfort. Express Arrow will also provide customers with Arrow Connect, a bundling of Wi-Fi and outlets available onboard.
“We are excited to deliver these updates to our customers and passengers,” said Arrow Stage Lines’ COO Luke Busskohl. “Arrow Stage Lines and our affiliated brands are continually looking for ways to improve and upgrade our services. Express Arrow is another big step into the future.”
Express Arrow provides routes from Norfolk to Omaha in Nebraska and Omaha, NE to Denver, CO, Denver, CO to Billings, MT, along with many connections throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Along with the notable upgrades, Express Arrow has released a new website to provide users with an enjoyable ticket purchasing experience.
“There was a large focus on upgrading the interior and exterior of the coaches,” said Arrow Stage Lines’ Director of Maintenance, Gene Wordekemper.
The Arrow Stage Lines’ product development team stated, Express Arrow was developed to deliver the same quality customers have come expect with the Arrow brand.
“We are confident our ticketed passengers will notice the difference,” said Janice Johnson, Express Arrow Director of Operations. “It was highly important to being able to continue our relationship with our customers and have the opportunity to make their travel a more pleasant experience for them.”
Express Arrow has also partnered with Wanderu and Busbud to provide coast to coast coverage.
Express Arrow will be available in Omaha, NE and Denver, CO immediately and will be fully released to all previous Black Hills Stage Lines’ service areas by the end of February 2016.
Passengers can continue to expect the same great services that have been provided by Black Hills Stage Lines over the last 50+ years.
